Shutter Island

This movie is one of the best I've ever seen. It's very plot twisty and will have you thinking and maybe a bit confused. You'll want to watch it twice for sure.
It's set in the 1950's( I think?) and is about a cop who goes to an Asylum, which was built on an island, to investigate some case. I'll tell you right now, there isn't anything supernatural in the movie. I remember that the ads made me think it was about a haunted island.  It's actually not scary at all.

The movie is rated R, but not for language (Though it does have some) or se.xual (Why did I put that word on the censor list?) stuff. It has a few scenes of very bloody corpses, but that only adds to the emotional intensity. There is also one blink and you miss it (because I totally did) scene that I know for sure got it the R rating. Nothing serious though >_>
