The process:
Send half the total credits owed to Black Bha`lir with your preferred location appended to the payment. Be sure that the location is in Deep Space, or that you have arranged for us to have permission to build in the area.

Black Bha`lir will dispatch a pilot within the week with 25 builders and all needed materials. As soon as the station has began construction, we will DM you.

As soon as the remaining half hits our accounts, we will make over the station and builders to you.

Two important notes:
Please be assured that your confidentiality as to the whereabouts of your hideout will be fully respected.

Please understand that if the you cannot pay the remainder within 14 days for a Golan or Hideout or 7 days for a Ataturk or Platform XQ1, the contract will be void and Black Bha`lir will claim permanent ownership of your station or facility.

Here you will find the prices for our trained soldiers. We believe in an equality for all types of beings, so we do not squad our soldiers by race, but instead we squad them by skill level and specialization.

We do not sell the contracts of individual members, only squads. Delivery is free with 3 or more squads.

Prices are separated below into unarmed npcs and loadouts**. This allows you to pick the level of the squad that you'd like, and then add the gear to it.

** Note that we do not sell npcs or loadouts separately. This distinction is purely to aid in the calculation of cost.

The buyer is responsible for all raw materials, builders, transportation, any needed permissions and the construction costs.

Black Bha`lir is responsible for giving the buyer the needed privileges in a timely manner.

The process:
Once all is in order for your construction, pay the 250,000 administrative fee (for stations) or the 75,000 administrative fee (for facilities) to Black Bha`lir, with the note "For station construction" or "For facility construction" appended to your credit transfer.

Join Black Bha`lir with the note "For station construction" or "For facility construction" appended to your application.

Black Bha`lir will accept your application and give you the needed privileges.

Once construction has been initiated you're free to leave the faction immediately.

Black Bha`lir will contact you via DM to tell you what the Darkness construction fees were for your project.

Pay the fee in full (there is no mark up on the fee) and you can find the calculations for stations here: [Only admins are allowed to see this link]

Black Bha`lir will make the station or facility over to the builder.
