Once you have the mel from MC and all the mats from Sasan the only thing lacking will be the quantum, which will hopefully be reaching Sasan by that point. Nodi will be bringing it from pickup.

Also, be sure you have at least 50 builders.

Locations are as follows:

Asteroid Hideout to be built at 128, -74; system position 10, 10

Ataturk Station to be built at 128, -70; system position 10,10

Nodi is in system and I'm assigning you commander of his ships so you can find them and the quantum you need.
